Portfolio – Examples of Graphic Design Projects
Creek to Creek, Queens Lake Trail
Creek to Creek is a community volunteer project in the Camden Haven on the NSW Mid North Coast. Its purpose is to build a public walkway from Herons Creek to Stingray Creek, along the banks of beautiful Queen’s Lake. The project is led by Peter Nash and is a remarkable achievement. Creek to Creek fundraising events are enthusiastically supported by local community. I provide event branding and promotional material to assist Peter to promote his events. Professional branding has attracted high profile sponsors.
Laurieton MultiSport Challenge
This is a mega-event involving kayaking, running and mountain biking. Participants come from far and wide. I assist Peter with logo and branding, brochures, flyers and banners, like the ones pictured here.
Golf Balls from Above
This zany fundraising event involved dropping hundreds of numbered golf balls from a cherry picker. Participants purchased numbers corresponding to balls and the one closest to the hole won the biggest prize.
Shall we see if we can bring a bit of design magic into the equation?
All Fired Up – Campfire Festival
I provided logo, branding, identity and promotional material for this project.
It evolved out of a series of camp oven and billy boiling competitions held annually at the Royal Hotel, Kew. I also designed flyers and banners for those events.

Creek to Creek, Queens Lake Trail | A Community Volunteer Project
Cherie designs promotional material for our fundraising events. I send her a rough text brief and she sends me back professionally designed posters, banners and flyers. Her input is helpful in many ways… she has a knack for making complicated information easy to understand. Cherie is great to work with, communicates clearly, returns proofs quickly and the designs are always impressive. We are glad to have her on our team and would definitely recommend her to others.
